The Imoleayo Michael Foundation is a social impact organisation focused on children and young people. We work to help young Africans build brighter futures through education, personal growth, mentorship, career guidance, enterprise development, and access to opportunities.
Limited access to quality mentorship, career guidance, professional networks, practical skills, and economic opportunities can leave young people uncertain about their future. When legitimate pathways feel inaccessible, harmful shortcuts can appear attractive. Imoleayo Michael Foundation exists to challenge that narrative with direction, development, and opportunity.

Why We Exist
Turning Potential into Possibility
For many young Africans, the challenge is not a lack of ambition. It is a lack of exposure, guidance, networks and credible pathways. When legitimate opportunities feel distant, harmful shortcuts can become more attractive.
The Foundation wants to help change that equation. We do not believe it is enough to tell a struggling young person not to engage in fraud or other illegal activity.
We must also be prepared to help answer the question: "What can I do instead?"
That means helping them discover their strengths, develop their mindset, learn practical skills, understand careers, access mentors, explore enterprise, manage money responsibly and connect to real opportunities.
We want young people to know that success does not have to come through fraud, cybercrime, or any harmful means. There are legitimate careers to build, businesses to create, technologies to develop, problems to solve, and opportunities to pursue.
Sometimes, a young person simply needs someone to show them the path.
